I feel sorry about the accident in our last night.
That night ,the car that was going on our left side slowly,suddenly cut our way ,Blesson tried to stop the bus and to avoid it but at the end he touched it ,but he could controll the bus to avoid other prblems.

Its been around two months that I came back from my vacation and apologies that I'm writing my feedback to you now
I would like to thank you and Aji to make our stay so comfortable. Your suggestion on some of the hotels were excellent. I thought our vacation was almost ruined when we stepped into the first houseboat in Allepey, with one call to you, you could manage a replacement for us in 10 minutes. The best part of our vacation was our stay in the houseboat and Estuary Island. My wife and kids loved their vacation to Kerala. Aji was more than helpful and bearing with us all through the journey (my kids messed the car by vomiting and he was kind enough to show the same care towards them as the parents)
We would surely want to come back to Kerala and our choice would be you
